How Do I Set My Online Store Domain?

When you initially set up your OrderNova account we create a subdomain (your-company-name.ordernova.com) for your Online Store. The system automatically changes spaces and punctuation to the dash ( - ) character. 

For example, when signing up if you set your Store's Name to Over The Moon Bakery, OrderNova will automatically create your online store at over-the-moon-bakery.ordernova.com

You may want to change this name to something shorter or more descriptive as this is where your customers will go to order your products online.

To change the Online Store name go to Company Settings > Settings and change the information in the Domain Name field under the Online Store Domain heading. 

Note: Once your customers start using your Online Store it is best not to change the name. You want to make sure your customers can find your site.
